At Home Care of La Jolla, we are proud to provide comprehensive respite care for individuals who are ill or infirmed in anyway, as well as care for individuals who are in the recovery process (ex: following a surgery). When providing such services, we tailor our approach to focus on maximizing comfort while managing pain, doing everything possible to give our clients relief from any discomfort that they may be experiencing. We provide respite care to many types of individuals:

We also provide respite care for those recovering from an elective surgery, such as cosmetic enhancements.
Flexible Approach to Meet All of Your Needs
Due to the nature of respite care, it is flexible, and we can tailor it to exactly what you need. For example, our team can provide care in a temporary residence, home, or even in the hospital to complement any in-patient care that you are receiving. Depending on the level of care desired respite care can be provided by caregivers, CNAs, CHHAs or skilled nurses such as an Licensed Vocaltional Nurse or Registered Nurse.
